Product Name: P-Cadherin (N-terminal region) M596
Type: Mouse Monoclonal IgG1
Elisa: 1:1000
WB: 1:1000
Background: Cadherins are transmembrane glycoproteins vital in calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion during tissue differentiation. Cadherins cluster to form foci of homophilic binding units. A key determinant to the strength of the cadherin-mediated adhesion may be b

Immunogen: Clone (M596) was generated from a recombinant protein containing amino acids in the N-terminal region of human P-Cadherin. This sequence is highly conserved in mouse and rat P-cadherin.
Buffer And Storage: Mouse monoclonal, protein A purified antibody is supplied in 100µl phosphate-buffered saline, 50% glycerol, 1 mg/ml BSA, and 0.05% sodium azide. Store at –20°C. Stable for 1 year.
Specificity: Clone M596 was purified using Protein A chromatography. The P-cadherin antibody detects a 120 kDa* protein corresponding to endogenous P-Cadherin expressed in human A431 cells.
