Product Name: ROCK-I
Type: Mouse Monoclonal IgG1
Elisa: 1:1000
WB: 1:500
Background: Rho-associated kinases (ROCKs) are a family of serine/threonine kinases that have important roles in Rho-mediated signaling. The structure of ROCKs (ROCK-I/ROKβ and ROCK-II/ROKα) includes an N-terminal catalytic domain, a coiled-coil region, an

Immunogen: Clone (M272) was generated from a recombinant protein that included amino acids near the RhoA binding reigon of human ROCK-I. This sequence has high homology to rat and mouse ROCK-I, and has 50% homology to ROCK-II.
Buffer And Storage: Mouse monoclonal antibody purified with protein A chromatography is supplied in 100µl phosphate-buffered saline, 50% glycerol, 1 mg/ml BSA, and 0.05% sodium azide. Store at –20°C. Stable for 1 year.
Specificity: The antibody detects a 160 kDa* band corresponding to ROCK-I in mouse kidney, rat PC12 cells, and human Jurkat cells. In addition, the antibody detects the 130 kDa caspase-cleavage product in Jurkat cells treated with camptothecin.
